This two-day training is for those who share an interest in working together for the common good.

The Leadership Institute provides content based on the philosophy and practices developed by the Sound Alliance and Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF) in over 80 years of organizing experience. The topics include:

• Why We Organize?
• The Organizing Cycle
• Public vs. Private Relationships 
• Relational meetings and House Meetings
• Turning Research into Action
• And more! 

Schedule: 

The Leadership Institute will take place over two days the first weekend of April. 

Friday April 5th: 5:30 - 7:30pm

Saturday April 6th: 10:00am - 4:00pm
