The Leadership Institute provides content based on the philosophy and practices developed by the Sound Alliance and Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF) in over 80 years of organizing experience. The topics include:

- Qualities and Actions of a Leader
- Relational meetings
- Taking Targeted Action
- And more!
Schedule:
The Leadership Institute will take place over two days the last weekend of April.
Friday April 25th: 6:00-8:00pm
Saturday April 26th: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Location: SPEEA Office, Tukwila
This event is free for Sound Alliance members.
Non-member fee is $75.
