• How do I effectively build a Core Team?

This training is open to anyone in a member institution who wants to better understand how a core team functions. It is especially important for our three newest members, but strongly encouraged for all core teams as a refresher and as a way to build relationships across the Alliance. Bring your own dinner and jump into the work of the strengthening your institution!
