Ahead of our fall Table Talks Campaign, we are training leaders for this foundational tactic for building IAF style community power!
Together we will build or refresh our capacity to facilitate table talks focused on identifying stories of private pressure and public action. At this training, we will focus on:
- Structure of a table talk/small group
- Setting expectations and ground rules as table talk facilitators
- How to sharpen your own stories
- What to look for and how to agitate for deeper relationship-building and storytelling
- Practicing a table talk
- How and why we debrief table talks
